Wore this running errands all day with the kids and it stayed comfortable on my shoulder the whole time. The crossbody strap sits right without sliding around, which is the thing I always have issues with.

Took this to a dinner date and it held my phone, wallet, and lipstick without looking stuffed. The crossbody strap sits flat against my shoulder instead of digging in, which I didn't expect at this price.

The strap adjusts enough to wear it crossbody without it digging into my shoulder. Only thing is the inside pocket is a bit tight for my phone, but it still fits my keys and cards fine for errands.
